Mannik with cottage cheese on sour cream

Mannik on cottage cheese and sour cream is a delicious and airy pastry. Sour cream and curd give the dough a pleasant creamy aroma and make it surprisingly tender. Supplemented with a small amount of fresh pumpkin - it becomes not only tasty, but also healthy. You can replace the pumpkin with candied fruits or any berries and you will have a pie with a new taste.

Put sour cream and semolina in a deep bowl. Mix well and leave for 30-35 minutes to swell the semolina.

Break the eggs into a dry deep container, add a pinch of salt and vanillin to the sugar and whisk into a light foam with a whisk.

Then put the cottage cheese into the dough and mix until smooth.
