Mannik with jam in a slow cooker

If you do not have an oven, but you have a multicooker, I highly recommend preparing an appetizing manna with jam in a multicooker. The dessert is obtained with a pleasant, delicate and airy texture, and does not require special culinary skills.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Break the chicken eggs into a deep container. Using a mixer, beat thoroughly until a fluffy, homogeneous consistency is obtained. You can also use a whisk or just stir with a fork.
step 2 out of 7
Then add your favorite jam (I had currant) and add the required amount of granulated sugar. Adjust the amount of granulated sugar depending on your own taste preferences and the sweetness of your jam. Mix well.
step 3 out of 7
Then pour out the required amount of kefir, stir and add baking soda.
step 4 out of 7
Stir with a whisk or mixer, a reaction should occur and the dough will be covered with bubbles. Then add the required amount of semolina. Stir well and leave to swell for about 20-30 minutes.
step 5 out of 7
Pour in vegetable oil and stir. Measure out the required amount of wheat flour and sift it through a fine sieve into the dough and mix thoroughly.
step 6 out of 7
Grease the multicooker bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil, and then pour out the prepared dough, distribute it evenly with a silicone spatula. Close the lid of the multicooker. On the device panel, select the "Baking" mode, set the cooking time - 1 hour. Click the "Start" button. After the beep, turn off the device, leave the manna for another 15 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
Then open the lid of the appliance and, using the steam basket, carefully remove the manna and put it on the wire rack until it cools completely. The cooled manna with jam, cooked in a slow cooker, cut into portions and serve with your favorite drinks.

Bon Appetit!
