Mannik Zebra on milk

What could be better and tastier than homemade pie? Of course, nothing! Airy and tender manna made from dough of two colors is simple, tasty and beautiful! And how much joy and enthusiastic emotions it evokes in children! Today we will cook manna Zebra with the help of our kitchen assistant - a multicooker. Thanks to the uniform heating, the cake turns out to be smooth and fluffy, and in order for the cake to brown on top, we turn it over 10 minutes before the end of cooking, and it will be covered with a thin brown crust.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Pour the milk into a deep bowl and put it in the microwave oven, heat it to a temperature of 50-60 degrees so that it is warm. Then we take out the milk and add butter to it and pour in the semolina. Mix everything well and leave for 30-40 minutes so that the semolina swells.
step 2 out of 7
Break eggs into a clean dry bowl, add sugar and a pinch of salt. Using a mixer, beat the eggs until smooth, fluffy foam. Then, without stopping whipping, add vegetable oil into the mass in a thin stream. Then beat for another 1 minute.
step 3 out of 7
After the semolina is completely swollen in milk, combine it with the egg mass, sift the flour and baking powder. Knead the dough well so that there are no lumps in it.
step 4 out of 7
Separate half of the dough into a separate bowl and add cocoa. Knead well again and proceed to the most interesting moment.
step 5 out of 7
Grease the multicooker bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil and start spreading the dough. Put a tablespoon of chocolate dough in the center of the bowl, then a spoonful of dough without cocoa in the center of the bowl. Thus, we spread all the dough. At the end, with the help of a skewer, we draw up a drawing: we immerse the skewer at the edge and draw it to the center of the bowl, drawing rays. Set the "Baking" mode on the multicooker for 60 minutes and close the lid. After 50 minutes, you need to open the lid of the multicooker and turn the cake over with the steam basket so that it is browned on the back.
step 6 out of 7
We take out the finished manna from the multicooker and leave for 20-25 minutes on a wire rack or a steaming bowl to cool.
step 7 out of 7
Put the finished pie on a dish, cut into portions and serve. Bon Appetit!
