Pickled cabbage with carrots, garlic and instant butter

Chopped cabbage and carrots are mixed with garlic. Then everything is poured with a marinade of water, salt, sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil. Vegetables are left in this way for a day. A ready-made snack, stored in the refrigerator and turns out to be very tasty.

We wash the cabbage thoroughly under running water, dry it and finely chop it.

We also wash the carrots, peel and grate them on a coarse grater.

Mix vegetables together in a separate container.

Peel and crush the garlic with a garlic or chop it very finely with a knife. We send it to the cabbage with carrots and mix.

Now we turn to the preparation of the marinade. Pour drinking water into a saucepan of a suitable size, put on fire and bring to a boil. Then add salt, granulated sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix everything and cook for a couple of minutes, until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Fill the resulting marinade with cabbage with carrots and garlic. We cover the container with a lid and leave to marinate for a day at room temperature.
