We start by preparing the main products: chop the white cabbage as thinly as possible with a sharp knife, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion in half rings, and chop the garlic or pass it through a press.

We prepare the marinade as follows: add salt, granulated sugar, honey and vegetable oil to one and a half liters of water, mix everything thoroughly and cook over medium heat until boiling. As soon as the first bubbles begin to appear, pour in 100 milliliters of vinegar and remove from heat.
