Also, pickled mushrooms can be served on the festive table as an incredibly tender treat. Be sure to cook, and your family and friends will be delighted.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
First of all, sort well, peel and forest debris, and then thoroughly rinse the poplar row in cold running water. Put the washed mushrooms in a deep saucepan and cover with cold water. Place on the stove and cook the mushrooms for 30 minutes after boiling over low heat, stirring occasionally and skimming off the foam.
step 2 out of 4
Wash and sterilize the jars in a water bath or in another convenient way. Boil the lids. Drain the boiled row through a colander. Prepare the marinade. Put bay leaves, cloves, black peppercorns, granulated sugar and salt in a saucepan. Pour in the amount of drinking water indicated in the recipe. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil.
step 3 out of 4
Then reduce the heat. Place the boiled poplar row in the marinade and cook for about 20 more minutes, then pour in the required amount of vinegar. Mix thoroughly and boil the row in a fragrant marinade for another 5-7 minutes. Then immediately remove from heat.
step 4 out of 4
Gently spread the poplar rower on sterile jars, fill with hot marinade. Roll up hot jars of mushrooms with sterile lids using a seaming machine. Then turn the jars upside down, wrap something warm and leave to cool completely in this form. Then move them to a cool place for storage.

Bon Appetit!
