Pickled mackerel with mustard at home

Mackerel marinated in this way is very difficult to find in the store. Thanks to the mustard, the fish is savory and spicy. Mackerel is best served with simple side dishes such as mashed potatoes or vegetable salad.

Wash the mackerel carcass and cut into pieces 2-3 centimeters thick. Rub the fish with sea salt and leave for 4 hours. Then wash the fish, cover with vinegar and leave for another 4 hours.
