Pickled mackerel in tea at home

Mackerel is delicious in any form. Not the fastest way to cook fish, but one of the tastiest is marinating mackerel. Seafood lovers will definitely appreciate the interesting version of its preparation in tea. It acquires a pleasant golden color and a great tart taste.

Pour tea, sugar and salt into a jar, pour hot water. Cover the jar and leave until the tea leaves cool.
