Pickled mackerel in 2 hours at home

Mackerel is a fish that is great for pickling. Its meaty and fatty fillet absorbs salt and spice aroma well. You can cook pickled mackerel just before dinner.

Defrost fish completely, butcher, wash and cut into chunks.

Prepare the marinade. Pour cold water, vinegar and salt into a saucepan, stir.
