This recipe for pickling porcini mushrooms can be safely called the simplest of the existing ones. Few people know that porcini mushrooms can be cooked quite quickly, without spending several days on it. It only takes you a few hours to prepare a versatile snack for any table.

Take fresh porcini mushrooms and sort them out. Clean off any excess and rinse with plenty of water.

Boil water in a saucepan and place in non-mushrooms. Boil the mushrooms for about half an hour, drain the water and put them back to boil in clean water for an hour and a half.
