Porcini mushrooms are considered one of the most delicious forest mushrooms. Porcini mushrooms are eaten dry, boiled, fried, as well as salted and pickled. It is best to collect young mushrooms, they are rarely wormy. Today I want to share with you a delicious recipe for pickled mushrooms for the winter.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Put the pot with porcini mushrooms over medium heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook the mushrooms for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally and removing the resulting foam. In the meantime, prepare the jars, wash them with baking soda, and sterilize in the oven or microwave. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a saucepan for about 7-10 minutes.
5 minutes before cooking, pour in the vinegar essence. Arrange the porcini mushrooms in sterile jars, and then pour the marinade in which the mushrooms were cooked, screw the jars well with sterile lids. Then turn them upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave for about a day, then turn them over and move them to a cool, dark place for storage.
Bon Appetit!
