Pickled porcini mushrooms are an incredibly tasty appetizer that will not only delight loved ones, but also decorate the festive table. Such a mushroom appetizer disperses very quickly, therefore it is better to harvest it in large volumes, it is practical to do this in liter cans.

We shift the mushrooms into the pan, pour the marinade to them, put on the fire. Add cloves, allspice and bay leaf to the same place. After boiling, boil the mushrooms for about 60 minutes, stirring occasionally and removing the foam that appears. Almost at the very end, add garlic to the mushrooms, previously chopped in an arbitrary way.
