In order for your favorite zucchini blank to be well stored until winter, it is not necessary to use vinegar. Citric acid will do an excellent job with this task, and there will be more benefits for seaming. We will sterilize the jars with the blanks and store them calmly until winter.

Pour salt, sugar and lemon into a saucepan, add water and boil. We need about half a liter of marinade for 1 can, but in order not to be mistaken with the ingredients, it is better to prepare 1 liter. Mix the contents of the pot well and pour into the jar. Cover it with a lid and send it to sterilize in a saucepan for 10 minutes, pouring water to the hanger of the container.
