Marinated zucchini slices for the winter

Zucchini marinated with wedges looks attractive both in a jar and on a plate. It is convenient to eat such slices whole, and if necessary, cut into a salad. Of course, for such a harvest, it is precisely young zucchini that is needed, from which you do not need to cut out either the contents with seeds or cut off the peel. Then the slices are as tasty and beautiful as possible.

Banks for preparation with my soda solution and sterilize in any convenient way. Wash the lids and boil for two minutes in water. Wash dill inflorescences and cherry leaves and put them on the bottom of prepared jars. We also add half of the specified amount of black pepper. We peel the garlic, rinse it and also put it in jars.

Wash the zucchini thoroughly with running water and cut off the ends on both sides. We cut the fruits into circles one and a half to two centimeters thick. We put the mugs of zucchini in jars on top of the greens. We do this quite tightly, because when treated with boiling water, the zucchini will settle.

Pour boiling water over the zucchini in jars and let stand for fifteen minutes. Then pour the water into a saucepan and add salt, granulated sugar, mustard seeds and the remaining black peppercorns to it. Bring the marinade to a boil, pour in the vinegar, stir and remove from the stove. Pour the marinade in jars with the resulting marinade and immediately roll up the lids.

We turn the rolled up cans upside down to check the tightness and wrap them in a warm blanket. In this position, we leave the seaming to cool slowly. After cooling, the workpieces can be stored in a cool, dark place.
