Appetizing marinated zucchini in cubes is not only tasty, but also beautiful. It's pretty easy to cook them, though not fast. This preparation will be an excellent cold snack for various dishes with potatoes and meat in the cold season.

Rinse the zucchini well and remove the butts. If the zucchini is young, then they do not need to be peeled. But old fruits need to be peeled from both the peel and seeds.
