Appetizing crispy zucchini can be marinated just like that, without any salad, and most importantly - without the subsequent sterilization of the preparation. Be sure to try saving a couple of small zucchini with this recipe and you'll be pleasantly surprised by the taste of this recipe!

First, prepare all the ingredients for preparing zucchini for the winter. Peel the garlic, rinse the herbs you need for harvesting.

Put dill umbrellas, cherry leaves, peppers at the bottom of sterile jars. Remember to add one or one and a half cloves of garlic to each jar.

Cut the zucchini into rings or half rings, depending on the size, and then put them in jars, almost under the neck.

Boil clean water on the stove and pour in the zucchini. After ten minutes, drain the water back into the pot, add salt and sugar, and mustard seeds. Bring the marinade to a boil over the fire. Boil the marinade for a couple of minutes, then pour the vinegar into it.
