Chinese marinated zucchini

Delicious Chinese-style marinated zucchini is a great quick recipe. Such zucchini can be eaten almost immediately after cooking and not wait for winter. Thanks to the soy sauce, the zucchini will have a spicy Chinese taste.

First, prepare all the ingredients for the zucchini. Take young zucchini, with thin skin and fresh appetizing greens.

Rinse the zucchini thoroughly, but do not peel the skin off. Use a vegetable peeler to cut the zucchini into thin strips.

In a separate container, combine the washed and finely chopped greens with oil, vinegar and soy sauce. You can add spices to your taste if necessary.

For marinating zucchini, prepare a plastic or glass container with marinating lids. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
