However, try this original preparation of young zucchini with onion and cherry plum circles; it will surprise you with its fresh, sweet-spicy taste. Fold vegetables with cherry plum in sterilized jars, pour boiling water, let stand for 20 minutes. Drain and measure 1 liter. for the marinade. Pour in salt, granulated sugar, citric acid, seasonings. Bring to a boil and pour the contents of the jars with the resulting marinade. Roll up, turn upside down, wrapped in a warm towel. Allow to cool to room temperature and store in a dark, cool place.
