Pickled chanterelles without vinegar are an unusual and easy to prepare snack. The peculiarity of this workpiece is that the boiled chanterelles are stacked in layers in a jar, and each layer is sprinkled with a small amount of salt. Pickled mushrooms are always a hot snack for the whole family!

Mushrooms should be cleaned of debris and rinsed with cold water.

After that, we place the chanterelles in a saucepan, fill them with water. Put the saucepan with the contents on the fire and bring to a boil.

Next, we send a dill umbrella, black pepper, bay leaf, salt (1 tablespoon) and cloves to the pan for the mushrooms. Mix all the ingredients, cook the chanterelles from the moment they boil for 20 minutes.

Remove the finished chanterelles from the water using a slotted spoon. At the bottom of the sterilized jar, lay out the remaining dill umbrella, peeled garlic cloves. We put the mushrooms in a container as follows: a layer of boiled chanterelles, then a couple of pinches of salt, again a layer of chanterelles, then salt, etc.

At the very end, in a jar with chanterelles, it is necessary to pour the marinade in which the mushrooms were previously cooked.
