Pickled mushrooms are a traditional preparation for the winter for most families. This recipe describes how to make pickled chanterelles using apple cider vinegar. Making such mushrooms at home is quite simple. Harvesting for the winter from pickled chanterelles is a delicacy for true gourmets!

Next, place the chanterelles in a saucepan with water, put on moderate heat. After boiling, the mushrooms must be boiled for 10 minutes. In the process of cooking, remove the emerging foam.

After a while, add all the necessary ingredients to the chanterelles - cloves, bay leaves, black pepper, granulated sugar, salt and apple cider vinegar. Mix everything and cook the mushrooms for another 15 minutes.
