Pickled butter without sterilization

Butter mushrooms are very common mushrooms. But despite the simplicity of their preparation, they are not inferior to porcini mushrooms in taste. You can marinate mushrooms for the winter without sterilization by adding the required amount of vinegar and spices.

Put boiled butter in a saucepan, cover them with water, add sugar and salt, bring to a boil and continue to cook for 10 minutes.

Then add vinegar, bay leaves and peppercorns, boil the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes. After that, remove the pan from the heat, take out the bay leaves.

Wash and sterilize seaming jars over boiling water. Pour boiling water over the lids and hold them for a few minutes. Spread the butter over the jars and roll them up with lids.

Turn jars of pickled mushrooms upside down, wrap them in a blanket until they cool completely. Oils according to this recipe are perfectly stored in the cellar for up to 10 months. Serve pickled mushrooms with onions and herbs.
