This lovely piece is easy to prepare and store in the refrigerator. The recipe is very simple and quick, it does not take much time and effort from you. These mushrooms are perfect for any festive table or even for ordinary potatoes.

Sort out the oil, clean and rinse in running water. Boil the mushrooms in boiling salted water. After boiling, boil the mushrooms for about ten minutes, and then discard the butter in a colander.

Put clean water in a saucepan, add bay leaves, pepper, and salt and sugar. Bring the marinade to a boil.

Put boiled mushrooms in a saucepan with liquid and boil for about five minutes from the moment of boiling.

Distribute the finished mushrooms in jars, add the peeled cloves of garlic, pour in the marinade. Pour 1/3 of the vinegar into each jar and screw the lids on. Turn the jars upside down and let them cool completely.
