Hot pickling butter is an easy option for homemade preparations, which even novice housewives can handle. The mushrooms are tender and fragrant, and will delight you with their long storage.

We sort out the butter, remove the thin skin from their caps. Then we immerse it in a pot of water and boil for 5-10 minutes. This will clear the mushrooms quickly.

Prepare the marinade separately. Dissolve salt and sugar in a liter of water. Add peppercorns, garlic cloves and bay leaves into a saucepan. We are waiting for the contents to boil.
