With this recipe, you can easily prepare mouth-watering butter for the winter. Marinating butter as described below is considered a classic. Boletus goes well with potato, meat dishes or as part of a salad. Try it!

Clean the mushrooms from debris, peel off films and rinse them in cold water. Soak the mushrooms for about half an hour, and then boil them in fresh water for ten minutes from the moment they boil.

Use a colander to drain the mushrooms and set aside in a separate plate or bowl.

Next, you need to prepare the marinade for butter. Pour purified water into a saucepan, dissolve salt and granulated sugar in it, add bay leaf and pepper. When the water in the pot boils, add the mushrooms to it.

When the boletus boils in a saucepan with marinade, boil them for five minutes and pour in the vinegar. Also be sure to add finely chopped peeled garlic.

Gently transfer the mushrooms to the jar, tamping them tightly. Immediately roll up the blank with a sterile lid and turn it upside down. Let the mushrooms cool completely before storing them in a cool, dark place.
