Pickled boletus with garlic

Fragrant pickled butter with garlic can complement both dinner and festive tables. A hearty snack can be served with a side dish or just like that. The cooking process will not take much of your time.

We sort and clean the mushrooms, then wash them thoroughly and, if necessary, cut them. Fill with cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes, periodically removing the foam. Then put the mushrooms in a colander.

In a separate saucepan, boil a liter of water, then add salt, sugar, pepper, cloves and salt to it. Mix and add boiled mushrooms to the marinade. Cook for 30 minutes. A couple of minutes before cooking, pour in the vinegar essence.

We sterilize the jars. Put peeled garlic cloves and bay leaves in them.
