Pickled butter with citric acid

Pickled mushrooms for the winter are a real delight! Be sure to prepare a couple of jars of such yummy! Juicy, mouth-watering, aromatic - they won't stay on the shelves for a long time!

Wash butter, sort out and clean. Then we put them in a saucepan and fill with water (about 1 liter).

Add salt and citric acid, put on the stove and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and continue cooking for 40 minutes. In 10 minutes. until ready, send bay leaves, cloves, peppers and other spices to the pan.

We lay out the butter on sterilized jars.

Add vinegar to the finished marinade and fill it with butter. Roll up the lids tightly and turn upside down.
