Pickled butter with butter

Butters are fleshy mushrooms that are good in any form. Pickled butter with butter, prepared for the winter, are especially popular among mushroom lovers.

Sort the butter out of the debris, wash and cook for 20 minutes in salted water. Drain the water, cool the mushrooms and chop.

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and sugar, bring the marinade to a boil. Then add the peeled garlic cloves, cloves, peppers, bay leaves, dill and vinegar.

Dip the butter into the marinade, bring to a boil and continue to cook for 15 minutes.

Arrange the mushrooms in sterilized jars, fill them with marinade. Chop the olive oil and pour 2-3 tablespoons into each jar.
