We present to your attention an unpretentious recipe for pickling butter. At the same time, there is no need to remove the skin from them, as in other recipes, this does not affect the taste, and saves a lot of time.

Wash the oil, peel, rinse again. Cut large specimens into pieces, cover with cold water.

Boil. Drain the water, rinse the mushrooms with cold water and add cold water again. Let it boil, remove the foam and cook for about half an hour.

For the marinade, measure 1 liter. cold water, add sugar and salt, stir until dissolved. Put cloves, peppercorns, bay leaf, let it boil for 5 minutes. Pour in vinegar. Wash the boiled butter with cold water, put in the marinade. Cook for another half hour.

Sterilize the jars, dip the lids in boiling water. Put garlic, a twig or two sprigs of dill in a jar on the bottom, put butter and pour over everything with marinade. Roll up the jars with lids, turn upside down and cover with a warm cloth. After complete cooling, rearrange the seaming in the cellar.
