Your attention is provided with another delicious recipe for pickling cucumbers for the winter without sterilization. For this preservation, choose young small vegetables with dark pimples. Do not add too much garlic, as it makes the cucumbers soft. For a crunchy taste, add 1 tbsp to each jar. l. vodka. We cook cucumbers using the 3-fold pouring method, and do not wrap jars of cucumbers after seaming.

We wash the cucumbers selected for canning in a deep basin and pour cold and salted water for soaking for 3 hours.

During this time, we prepare the jars and lids: wash them thoroughly with the addition of baking soda. You don't need to sterilize the jars. We wash all green leaves and dill umbrellas. We clean the chives. In each jar we put peppercorns, chives, laurel leaves, an umbrella of dill and washed green leaves of horseradish, cherries and currants.

We take out the soaked cucumbers from the water, cut off the ends and rinse again with running water.

We put the prepared cucumbers beautifully and compactly in clean jars.

Boil water (only not chlorinated) in a saucepan and carefully pour cucumbers in jars with it. Cover the jars with lids and cover them with a towel. We put another portion of water for boiling.

Then pour this water out of the jars. Pour the calculated amount of salt and sugar into each jar and pour table vinegar. Pour boiling water over the cucumbers so that the water overflows over the edge of the jar and all the air leaves.

We dip the lids in boiling water and then immediately roll up the cans. We turn the rolled jars several times to dissolve the salt and sugar and leave them in the kitchen upside down until they are completely cooled. We do not wrap cucumbers with a cover. We transfer chilled pickled cucumbers without sterilization to a cold storage place until winter.
