Pickled cucumbers like a globe

The same cucumbers that are obtained as store-bought ones. Their sweetish-spicy taste cannot be confused with anything. The recipe is given for 1 liter can.

Soak cucumbers in cold water for 2 hours. Wash jars with lids with soda, rinse and set aside. Rinse the greens, peel the garlic.

Put an umbrella of dill, carrot tops, horseradish leaves, black peppercorns and garlic in each jar. Pour in vinegar.

Rinse the cucumbers, cut the tails, put in a jar. Pour boiled or filtered water.

Pour 1 tsp into a jar. salt.

Add granulated sugar.

Put jars of cucumbers in a saucepan covered with a towel. Pour cold water so that it covers the hangers of the cans. Put on medium heat. Bring the water to a boil, sterilize the jars from the moment they boil for 5-7 minutes if they are liter, and 15-20 minutes if they are three liters. During sterilization, jars should be loosely closed with lids.

Remove the cans from the pan, roll them up, turn them upside down and leave to cool without wrapping them up. After cooling, leave the jars in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, then put them in the closet for storage.
