Delicious pickled cucumbers can be prepared in a very special way. To do this, cut the cucumbers themselves into circles, and add a little vinegar and cloves to the marinade recipe. Tasting such a dish in winter is a pleasure!

We take 2 sterilized 500 ml jars. and put it on the bottom on an umbrella of washed dill (if you wish, you can also use twigs). We clean the onion and cut into rings. We put several rings in each jar.

We wash the cucumbers well and cut them into circles no thicker than 1 cm. We put the cucumbers in jars, pressing them tightly to each other.

Let's prepare the marinade. To do this, we send salt, sugar, cloves and vegetable oil to a liter of water. We put the pan on the fire and wait for the boil. Add vinegar and stir. Pour into each jar. Cover them with lids and let it brew for 10 minutes. Now we put the jars in a saucepan, fill them with water up to their shoulders and boil for 10 minutes.
