Pickled cucumbers with onions

Onions are added almost everywhere, with the exception of sweet foods, drinks and desserts. Not without onions and in pickling vegetables. Cucumbers marinated with onions are moderately spicy and crispy, with light sweetish notes.

Wash the cucumbers, cut off the ends and cover with cold water, soak for 40-60 minutes.
