Pickled sweet cucumbers are a snack that everyone in our family loves. Cucumbers are obtained with an ideal combination of flavors - sweet and spicy at the same time. I harvest a lot of sweet cucumbers. When you eat them, it is simply impossible to stop. The calculation of the ingredients is presented for a 3-liter jar.

First of all, wash the jars thoroughly with detergent. Sterilize the washed jars in a water bath, in an oven or microwave. Rinse cucumbers, carrots and hot peppers well under running water. Peel the garlic and onions. Peel the carrots.

Put cloves, garlic, half a large onion on the bottom of sterile jars, cut off the tips of dried cucumbers and distribute them tightly to each other in containers. Cut the carrots into quarters and place in the jar between the cucumbers. If you like hot, add red hot peppers. Put coarse salt, granulated sugar, pour in table vinegar.

Fill the jars with hot water, but not boiling water.
