It is very convenient to pickle cucumbers in liter jars. So they salted better, and after opening they do not have time to deteriorate. To make the cucumbers really tasty for the winter, do not be lazy and add currant and cherry leaves to the jars when cooking. The result will delight you!

We wash cucumbers and other products well. We sterilize the jars in advance.

We lay out the leaves of cherries, currants in banks. We put dill and bay leaf in them, as well as garlic cloves (it is better to cut them into several parts). Add peppercorns to the jars.

Cut off the tips of the cucumbers. We put cucumbers in jars.

Boil water and pour cucumbers into it. We cover the jars with lids and leave them to infuse for half an hour.
