We offer you to marinate fresh cucumbers in a bag in the shortest possible time: all preliminary manipulations will take no more than 15 minutes, and you can eat this wonderful creation of your pens in 2-3 hours. In principle, everything can be done since yesterday, so that the cucumbers lie in a cold place at night and marinate very well, but even in the morning you will have time to pickle them for dinner according to this simple recipe, which will surprise you with an excellent result!

If your cucumbers have not just been torn from the garden, then wash them, cut off the tips and noses and soak them for several hours in cold water so that they later crunch better, but keep in mind that this procedure will automatically increase the cooking time.

Cut the prepared cucumbers lengthwise into 4-6 pieces.

Put the cucumber slices in a ziplock bag, but you can also use two ordinary bags, inserted one into the other, suitable for food purposes. Chop dill and / or parsley and add to the cucumbers.

Pass the garlic through a press or chop finely.

Add garlic and chili or some other pepper to the cucumbers. Instead of hot peppers, you can add coriander seeds, cloves and allspice peas, if you don't need too hot salted cucumbers.

Add salt and sugar to the bag (if you wish, you can add only salt).

Remove all air from the bag, then shake it well so that all the ingredients are mixed together. Send the package with cucumbers in the cold (in the refrigerator) for at least 2 hours, but periodically the contents of the package need to be taken out and shaken so that the pickling goes evenly. In principle, very lightly salted cucumbers can be taken out of the bag and eaten after 30 minutes, but it is better to let them brew for at least a couple of hours.

Store lightly salted cucumbers for no more than 5-7 days, putting them in a saucepan so that they do not turn sour in the plastic, but we guarantee that such yummy will not stay in your refrigerator for so long!
