Pickled cucumbers in tomato sauce

The combination of crispy cucumbers and spicy tomato sauce is perfect. Herbs and spices also add their characteristic flavor. For such a preparation, it is better to take cucumbers young, even in shape, with pimples. The amount of these ingredients is enough for four one liter cans.

Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly and fill them with cold water so as to completely cover them. We leave the cucumbers for several hours so that they are saturated with moisture and are crispy.

Banks for preparation must be thoroughly rinsed and dried in advance.

We also wash and dry the greens for cucumbers, peel the garlic, wash and cut into large slices.

Put the tomato paste in a saucepan, add salt and sugar, mix and bring to a boil. Cook for one minute, add vinegar and let cool completely.

In each jar we put on an inflorescence of dill, two leaves of currant, one clove of chopped garlic and four peas of allspice.

Put prepared cucumbers tightly on top of herbs and spices. Fill them with cooled tomato sauce and cover with lids. We send to sterilize for ten minutes.
