Pickled cucumbers in tomato paste for the winter

With great pleasure I want to share an easy recipe for pickled cucumbers in tomato paste. Pickled cucumbers are crispy, juicy and very appetizing. Winter harvesting will certainly please your guests and family.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Prepare all the required ingredients for the pickled cucumbers in tomato paste.
step 2 out of 8
Peel the garlic and rinse under cold water along with the dill. Wash the jar thoroughly and sterilize in a way convenient for you - in the microwave, in the oven or in a water bath. Boil the lid in a saucepan or pour over boiling water. Place the garlic and dill on the bottom of a sterile jar.
step 3 out of 8
Choose cucumbers of the same small size so that they fit well in the jar. Wash cucumbers thoroughly in cold water, pat dry on a kitchen or paper towel. Tilt the jar on its side and start filling it with cucumbers, placing them vertically.
step 4 out of 8
So fill the jar completely.
step 5 out of 8
Prepare the marinade. Put the required amount of tomato paste in a saucepan with a thick bottom and pour in the required amount of drinking water. Stir well until smooth.
step 6 out of 8
Add coarse salt and granulated sugar. Put the saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Pour in vinegar and stir. Then immediately remove from heat.
step 7 out of 8
Pour the hot marinade over a jar of cucumbers.
step 8 out of 8
Tighten the lid well. Turn the hot jar of cucumbers upside down, wrap it with a terry towel and leave it in this position until it cools completely for about 12 hours. Then turn the cooled jar of pickled cucumbers in tomato paste over and store in a cool, dark place for long-term storage.

Bon Appetit!
