Crispy pickles with the aroma of garlic and dill remain green and strong thanks to pickling in mineral water. After spending just 10 minutes on cooking, in a day you can enjoy the incredible taste and crunch of lightly salted cucumbers.

Choose small cucumbers, wash them well, and cut the tails off. Place 1/3 of the washed dill branches and garlic cloves, cut in half, on the bottom of a glass or enamel dish.

Fold the vegetables over the dill and place the dill and garlic in between.

Stir half a liter of mineral water with salt in a glass.

Pour the brine into the cucumbers and top up with the rest of the mineral water so that they are completely in the liquid.
