Marinate small mushrooms for the winter in just 15 minutes. These fragrant and tender mushrooms will be ready the very next day.

Sort out the honey mushrooms, clean and rinse. Pour 1 liter of drinking water into a large saucepan and place over high heat.

Transfer the mushrooms to boiling water and boil for 15 minutes, skimming off the foam. Put the mushrooms in a colander and rinse well, stirring with a spoon, under running cold water.

Return the mushrooms to the pot and add 1 liter of fresh water. Add salt, pepper, lavrushka, chopped chives and cook for 15 minutes from simmering over low heat. Add vinegar, stir and turn off heat.
