The easiest way is to pickle honey mushrooms for the winter, these are very simple mushrooms, with which there are almost no problems. Following this recipe, you can cook mouth-watering mushrooms that will delight you with their taste in the cold season.

Sort out honey mushrooms, clean from debris and rinse thoroughly in running water. Then place the mushrooms in a large saucepan or bucket and cover with cold water for twelve hours.

Drain the water with honey agarics after the allotted time, and rinse the mushrooms well. Transfer them to a saucepan and add fresh water. Boil honey mushrooms for twenty minutes from the moment of boiling, remembering to remove the foam from the surface of the water.

Put the mushrooms in a colander and leave for a while to drain the water. At the same time, prepare the mushroom marinade. Dissolve salt and sugar in a liter of pure water, add spices and vinegar. After the marinade has boiled, put the mushrooms in a saucepan and boil for half an hour.

Spread the finished mushrooms in sterile jars and pour the marinade up to the top. Roll or twist the cans and turn them upside down until they cool completely. Then move the jars of mushrooms to a cool place for long-term storage.
