Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We wash the tomatoes and bell peppers under running water, put them on a kitchen towel and leave for 10-15 minutes so that they dry from the water. Then grind them in a meat grinder or blender. If you want tomato juice made from tomatoes to be seedless, strain it through a sieve.
step 2 out of 5
In the resulting tomato juice, add garlic passed through a press, salt and sugar, vinegar and hops-suneli. Mix all the ingredients well and put on the stove over medium heat. Bring the mass to a boil, reduce the heat and boil until thickened for 30-40 minutes.
step 3 out of 5
We clean the mushrooms and rinse them several times in running water. Then cut into small pieces of any shape. Put a pot of water on the fire, bring to a boil, add a little salt and add mushrooms to the boiling water. Boil them for 25-30 minutes. Then remove from heat and put in a colander. After the mushrooms have drained, add them to a bowl of tomato paste, stir and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
step 4 out of 5
We lay out the hot mushrooms on pre-sterilized jars, tighten them tightly with boiled lids and turn the jars upside down. We cover the workpiece with a warm blanket and leave it to cool completely at room temperature for about a day.
step 5 out of 5
We store the finished mushrooms in tomato sauce in a cool dark place, where they can be stored for several months.
