We carefully sort the boletus, then clean it, rinse it under water. Too large mushrooms must be chopped.

Pour mushrooms with a liter of water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Then add salt, pepper, cloves to the pan, stir and continue to cook for 15 minutes over moderate heat. Do not forget to remove the foam. A few minutes before cooking, add vinegar and citric acid. We remove from the stove.
