Pour mushrooms with a liter of water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Then add salt, pepper, cloves to the pan, stir and continue to cook for 15 minutes over moderate heat. Do not forget to remove the foam. A few minutes before cooking, add vinegar and citric acid. We remove from the stove.
We sterilize the jars. Put bay leaves and peeled garlic cloves on the bottom. Then carefully lay out the mushrooms, fill them with the remaining marinade from the pan. Now you can close the lids. Turn the jars upside down and let them cool at room temperature. Then you can store it in a cool place. Ready!
