Pickled boletus with butter

Fragrant boletus boletus marinated with the addition of oil turns out to be even more rich and appetizing. The appetizer will be an excellent tandem for many homemade dishes.

We sort out and wash the mushrooms. If the boletus is large, then they should be cut into several pieces. First, boil the mushrooms separately for 10 minutes in boiling water. Then we drain the water and rinse.

We heat up the water in which we will prepare the marinade. Add salt, sugar and other spices to it. We boil for 10 minutes, then add the mushrooms and continue to cook for another 20 minutes. A minute before cooking, pour in acetic acid and vegetable oil. We remove from the stove.

We sterilize the jars. Pour mushrooms in a hot marinade into them. We close the blanks with lids and leave until they cool completely. Then we send for storage. Ready!
