Pickled tomatoes are becoming an increasingly popular homemade product. Therefore, the variety of cooking recipes is also growing. One of the most delicious and incredibly tender options for this appetizer is peeled tomatoes. Of course, you have to work a little, but this dish will exceed all expectations!

Rinse the tomatoes with water. We remove the stalks, and on the other side of it we make a cruciform incision. After that, dip the tomatoes in boiling water and hold for 30-40 seconds. Then we transfer them to ice water. At the place of the incision, the skin will begin to recede, remove it entirely.

Put tomatoes and peppers in sterilized jars. Fill everything with boiled water and leave for 10 minutes.

Pour the water through a strainer into a saucepan, pour sugar and salt into it and bring to a boil again.
