Pickled cherry tomatoes are a simple and at the same time very tasty preparation for the winter. The combination of tomato with onions, herbs and vegetable oil is very successful! This recipe does not include the use of sterilization. The amount of the specified ingredients is calculated for one liter can of the workpiece.

Let's prepare the main ingredients. Peel the onions and cut them into small pieces. The washed dill and parsley must also be chopped. Rinse the cherry tomatoes thoroughly and make two punctures with a fork in the place where the stalk is attached. This will prevent the tomatoes from cracking.

It is necessary to fill sterilized containers with prepared ingredients one by one - first onions, then cherry, then greens, again cherry, etc.

Fill containers with tomatoes with boiling water, cover with lids and leave in this form for 10 minutes.

Pour the cooled water into a saucepan in which the marinade will be prepared. Add granulated sugar and salt to it, as well as black pepper. After boiling, keep the marinade on fire for a couple of minutes, then add vinegar and turn off the gas.

Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into each jar of cherry, followed by a hot marinade. After that, we immediately tighten the jars with lids. We put the blanks upside down and cool completely. Pickled cherries are stored both in a cool place and at room temperature.
