Today we will cook lightly salted cherry tomatoes with lots of fresh herbs, which will be ready the very next day. We wash the tomatoes under running water, put them on a kitchen towel and let them dry a little. Then, in each tomato in the stalk, we make a puncture with a toothpick, so our tomatoes are saturated with marinade and quickly marinated. Put the tomatoes in a saucepan or other enamel container.
