If you don't like whole pickled tomatoes because they are not always convenient to eat, try making pickled tomatoes in wedges. An appetizer prepared according to this recipe will definitely be convenient to eat. In addition, such tomatoes are prepared quite simply and quickly, which, of course, is a plus for the hostess.

Prepare all required ingredients. Wash the tomatoes, dry on a kitchen towel, cut into slices. Peel the garlic, cut into 2 parts. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Wash greens (dill umbrellas, horseradish leaves, parsley) and dry on a kitchen towel.

Place a saucepan with 1.2 liters of water on the stove and bring the water to a boil. Pour in salt, sugar, add black peppercorns and bay leaf. Cook until salt and sugar are completely dissolved. Turn off the heat and let the marinade cool slightly.

Sterilize jars and lids for rolling tomatoes. Put an umbrella of dill, a leaf of horseradish and a sprig of parsley in each jar.

Place the tomatoes tightly in jars, alternating with garlic chunks and onion rings.
