A quick mouth-watering tomato salad is prepared in just a few minutes, and in a couple of hours it will infuse enough. This dish is perfect for a heavy meat lunch, to warm up the appetite and improve digestion. Tomatoes according to this recipe come out very juicy and piquant, but at the same time tender.

Rinse fresh ripe tomatoes in running water, dry slightly and cut them into small slices.

Peel, rinse and chop the onions. Next, you need to rinse the greens, dry them with a towel and tear into a bowl with onions.

The marinade must be prepared in a separate container. To do this, combine olive oil with soy sauce, mustard, honey, spices and vinegar. Pour granulated sugar there and mix everything well together. Add a little more salt to taste.
