Pickled tomatoes in a hurry

Not all housewives like to roll up, but pickled tomatoes can be whipped up. This is not a laborious process at all, which will not cause much trouble. You will have aromatic, lightly salted tomatoes that can be served for lunch or dinner.

Wash the tomatoes, cut each into 4-6 pieces, put them in a deep bowl.

Peel the garlic, chop the cloves by passing them through a press or finely chopping with a knife. Add vinegar, garlic and spices to the tomatoes.
