Pickled tomatoes under the snow

Under such a romantic name are tomatoes marinated in flakes of grated garlic. Tomatoes are dense, fragrant and outwardly quite spectacular.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Prepare food. Wash the jars thoroughly, rinse and rinse with boiling water, dry.
step 2 out of 9
Wash the tomatoes well. Make a couple of punctures with a fork or a toothpick at the stalk, so that the skin from the boiling water does not crack.
step 3 out of 9
Put 5-6 black peppercorns in jars, and tamp the tomatoes. Pour boiling water over and let stand for 15 minutes.
step 4 out of 9
Drain the water from the jars.
step 5 out of 9
Pour salt and granulated sugar into the water, bring to a boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then pour in the vinegar and stir. Remove marinade from heat.
step 6 out of 9
Peel the cloves of garlic, rub on a fine grater. Divide the garlic mass into 3 parts.
step 7 out of 9
Put a piece of garlic on top of each jar.
step 8 out of 9
Pour in hot marinade. Screw on the lids. Turn the jars upside down and leave, wrapped in something warm, until they cool completely.
step 9 out of 9
Transfer the seaming to the basement where it can be stored for 1 year.

Bon Appetit!
